Meet Jase and Trace, current culture custodians of Buchi.

Jase (original founder and creator) bought Buchi to life from humble beginings in 2012 when he made the switch from booze to booch. He traded hangovers for a healthier lifestyle.

Trace joined the team in 2018 and is passionate about supporting farmers and celebrating the seasons with new and exciting flavours.

Buchi has grown like a little baby SCOBY into a thriving living culture spreading throughout QLD, NSW, VIC & ACT.

Our Team at Buchi HQ are a committed crew that love creating the truest kombucha around. And our amazing market crew are weekend warriors on the ground who have a love for Buchi like no other.
